For as long as I can remember, I have gone by “Daniel”. I’ve also wondered what a good name would be for expressing what I like to do, creatively and technically. I’ve been wanting a sort of umbrella name that would not confine me (“creates” works well for posts, videos, screencasts, code, music, etc).
Thanks to Twitter’s name length limit, I suppose I can also answer to “Dan”.
My first inclination was to get “DanielSmithCreates”, or “DanielSmithCreative”, but it dawned on me that fewer syllables would be better. I grabbed “DanSmithCreates” on Twitter, and elsewhere (domains and accounts).
So this is just a little update (I’ve been eager to say something), and I have a couple of projects in the works. More soon!
